Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order within the United Kingdom. All our products are delivered to you completely free of charge. No minimum order is required.

Order Shipping

Found the perfect product on our website? Of course, you want to receive it as soon as possible! That’s why we do everything we can to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Here is the average delivery time for all our shipments:

  • After placing an order, we need 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to process it. On regular business days this usually takes one day, but orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may require a bit more time.
  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped Monday through Friday and should arrive within an average of 4–6 business days. [Please note that any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in case of any transport issues.]
  • Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 17:00 Londen time (CET) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

After placing your order, you will be able to check the delivery status within a few days. You will receive an email with your personal tracking code, which allows you to monitor your order on our tracking partner’s website. More information can be found on our tracking page.

Damaged Product?

This is really unfortunate! Sadly, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. In such cases, we always send a new parcel free of charge. However, if the issue occurs again, we will refund the full purchase price.

How to Place an Order?

The ordering process at Katowice-chic is very simple. First, go to the product page of the item you want to order and add it to your cart by clicking “Add to cart”.

Make sure you selected the correct product options. If everything looks good, click “Proceed to checkout”. On the information page, enter the correct shipping details. Make sure all information is accurate, then click “Continue to shipping”.

On the shipping page, you can once again review your address details. We also inform you that every shipment is completely free. As a token of thanks for your order, we always cover all shipping and delivery costs. Then click “Continue to payment”.

On the payment page, you can choose from several payment methods. All payment methods at Katowice-chic are SSL encrypted, meaning you can rely on a secure checkout environment.

Lost Package?

If a package gets lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with a refund. If the order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, it may be eligible for a refund.
