Order Cancellation

A request to cancel an order must be submitted within 5 minutes of placing it. Please contact us at info@katowice-chic.com and provide your order number. If you contact us before the order is shipped, we can cancel it (otherwise, you will have to follow our standard return procedure).

Return/Exchange Procedure

You may return or exchange your order without providing a reason within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Before starting the procedure, make sure the products meet the following conditions:

  • they cannot be worn or washed
  • original tags must still be attached
  • preferably returned in the original packaging

In other words, you can try the products on, but you cannot wear them for a week and then decide to return them.

If your products qualify for a return or exchange, you can begin the process by contacting our customer service team at info@katowice-chic.com.

Refunds

After receiving your returned items (make sure to use a shipping service with tracking and send it to us), we will check if the products meet the required conditions. If they do, we will notify you by email and issue the refund within 14 days of sending the confirmation message. Return shipping fees are paid by the customer.

Damaged / Defective Products

It may happen (though rarely) that part of your order arrives damaged, or the product has the wrong size or color.

Don’t worry — we are happy to help. Take a photo of the issue, have your order number ready, and contact us at info@katowice-chic.com, briefly explaining the situation.

We will do everything we can to resolve the issue, usually by offering a replacement of the defective product at no additional cost.
