Some items from my order are missing — how is that possible?

Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight limitations. To ensure the highest product quality, items may come from different suppliers. If you order several products at once, it is possible that they will not arrive at the same time.

What should I do if I receive a damaged package?

Unfortunately, sometimes an order may be damaged during delivery. As a customer, you have no control over this. In such cases, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by emailing info@katowice-chic.com. It is necessary to include photos documenting the issue with your message.

Please do not return the product before sending the photos. Otherwise, we will not be able to offer an appropriate solution. Our customer service team will review your case as quickly as possible and help you find the best solution.

What if I bought the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or I simply don’t want it anymore?

First, contact our customer service (info@katowice-chic.com). We will try to find the best solution. If that is not possible, you are only responsible for the return shipping cost.
